Apéro was created from a simple feeling: something was missing in Jasper.

Over the years, my family and I have had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and around the world, experiencing the little things that make a meal feel like more than just dinner—the warmth of a neighborhood restaurant, a beautifully prepared plate, a glass of wine shared around the table, and the feeling of slowing down and enjoying the moment.

I wanted to bring a little of that feeling home.

Apéro is my way of sharing those experiences with our community. Inspired by classic French technique, European dining culture, and the places and people we’ve encountered through our travels, our menu is designed around seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking, good wine, and genuine hospitality.

More than anything, Apéro is meant to be a place to gather. A place for a great meal, a bottle of wine, a celebration, or simply an evening that feels a little different.
